Welcome.

The Knights' Youth Leadership Academy is a program that develops and builds upon the Leadership skills of Young Catholics in Years 10 to 12 to foster and sustain Catholic Youth initiatives in Western Australia.

The Academy provides students with leadership training and spiritual formation. Throughout the course, there are ample opportunities for fellowship to encourage students to build long-lasting networks beyond the program. Furthermore, every student is assigned a mentor to assist and guide them in their journey throughout the Program.

At the conclusion of the program, successful students will be recognised for their achievements with a Graduation Certificate. This will be presented at an official ceremony in the presence of family, Academy leadership and Knight’s Leadership.

Course Length and Commitment

The total time commitment expected of each Student is to attend three single-day workshops. Each of the workshops will be held during a school term holiday (except Term 4). Students are also expected to attend a Catholic Youth conference after completing the workshops.

Fees and Charges

Participation in the Academy including attendance at the Youth Conference is free for students thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.

However, the Academy will only accept applications from actively practicing Catholics with leadership aspirations. Places are also limited each year so only successful candidates will be invited to the Academy.

REGISTRATION

If you are an aspiring Youth Leader or know of one, please complete the Registration form.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Academy.

Sincerely
